How alarm acknowledge works
Hi,
i need to understand how acnowledgement of alerts works.
If i have a critical alert that i know and its solution will require a long time (for example i need to acquire new hardware), is possible to stop sending email alert with acknowledge or pick-up the alarm?
What differences between Acnowledge and pick up?
Whats happen the next poll if the alarm remains critical?
Is there another way to stop sending email alert if acknowledge/pick-up is the wrong way?
