How can I copy all contacts to another BU?

How can I copy all contacts to another BU?

Hi Team

Have you got a script to run so I can copy all 3000 contacts across to another BU. 

Also AD import doesn't run successfully in any BU. It stops fetching contacts after 1004 count.
