How do I change the port of the Netflow Plug-in for OpManager

We have OpManager build 11600 installed, as well as the Netflow Plug-In both on the same server. We have configured OpManager to use an SSL certificate we generated from our internal certificate authority and that is working fine. 

When we go to "network" and then "netflow" it say's the page cannot be displayed. At the top of the screen it say's. "NetFlow Plug-In has not started because NetFlow Plug-In is not changed to secure mode". I have done the following per documentation:
1. stop opmanager services
2. run the batch file ssl_gen.bat -F Enable
3. wait 10 minutes 
4. start the services

Now i get the error: "NetFlow Plug-In has not started because Netflow Plugin web-server port is occupied". I have gone to (in the old view) "admin" and then under netflow section "port settings" however i get a page not found error. When i try the new API client view i go to "settings" then click on "add-on/product integration" then "netflow settings" i fill out the applicable information such as server name port protocol etc... but it says connection cannot be established.

How do i go about changing the web server port and or configuring the netflow plug-in to work with opmanager in SSL configuration?
