How do I create a mailbox using ADManager for a user who has already been created

How do I create a mailbox using ADManager for a user who has already been created

I have to add mailboxes to already created user accounts.

How can I accomplish this? When I try using the object itself, there are no options for the email. When I try using a change template, the drop-downs for server and database will not open.

Any thoughts?
