I essentially need to lock and unlock my devices when the end user requests to use them. 

I assume I can do this with MDM? 

Basically we run a service whereby a user calls requesting that the tablet be "enabled". From here I need to be able to unlock the device, and have it go to kiosk mode. I then need to be able to lock the device remotely after a given timeframe. 

Is this possible, and if so, how?

Greetings from Mobile Device Manager Plus support.

Currently, you can enable the KIOSK on your devices and  initiate a Clear Passcode Command from Security actions to grant access to the end user and reset the passcode and initiate a Lock Device Command.
