How start IPAM_SPM plug-in on opmanager.

System: redhat el server 6 x86_64.
opmanager build number 11100

Installed IPAM SPM plug-in but I dont know how start this plug-in. Just goin to oputils directory and exec startoputils.sh but i get this error:
