Hi.

We are using an old version of ADSelfService Plus tool. (Verison 4.5 build 4571).

We had an existing password expiry notification schedule setup.

However, we no longer need this and have disabled it by clicking on the disable/enable toggle button. But the user are still receiving the notification.

So i then simply deleted the notification schedule. The users are still getting the notification emails.

How do i stop this email notification? Do i have to reboot the server? Or is there a service that i need to restart?
