how to Disable SSL to SQL server?

how to Disable SSL to SQL server?

I am configuring password Manager but I dont Want to use the connection to SQL server with  SSL, it is posible to disable? 

In the documentation said "connect to SQL server only through SSL" but I don wan to use SSL
