how to report hung state windows server
Hello Guys,
We are using manage engine it 360 10500 build.
we have a scenario
In which windows server was reachable ( ping and telnet successfull) but the the server was in hung state. Tool generated a authentication failed alert as WMI was not happening due to hung state. but the server availability was green as server was reachable . so wanted to know is there any way we can identify a server in hung state and generate a alert showing the server is in hung state???
