How to reset Passphrase

How do I go about resetting a passphrase for a user if they forget what it is?


Update: I was only able to accomplish this by deleting the user's account from PMP, then re-import it again from AD.
When this is done, the previous passphrase is deleted, along with any personal passwords saved.

I don't even see an option where a user can change their passphrase, or recover if lost or forgotten.
