How to retrieve the ID of the last reply
Hello,
I am using ManageEngine Support center plus API to manage requests through a C# project.
I need to retrieve the conversation ID from a request.
When I use the "getConversations" API method, it only gives the ID of the first reply to the request, whereas what I need to retrieve is the ID of the last reply.
Is there any way to do that ?
Any help is much appreciated.
