HTTP Status 400 - Invalid direct reference to form login page

Hi,
as mentioned somewhere else - we have a OpManager v12.2 in distributed mode.
It is very fresh installation, based so far on 3 servers: 1 Centrall application server, database server with MS SQL 2014 and a probe server. All of these is Windows 2012 R2.
I have noticed that after installation of the Central server and restart of the service (ManageEngine OpManager Central) we have an issue with accessing the web application. It shows the login screen, but just after that there is an error screen.


In the same time, when I have opened RDP session to the Central App server, there is a pop up about the error of bcp.exe.


 
I have tried to copy it again, but it does not change anything.
I have installed SQL Native Client on the Central server - no change.
What can be wrong? Any help is welcome :-)
