I did some searching on here before registering, and the only item I could find with the error above was from 2013 and the recommended solution was updating it, so I don't think that's the solution here as I downloaded the current version today. Nothing else runs on this server (fresh install of Server 2012 R2), so I'm at a loss as to what could be going on here.

Any ideas?
