Huawei NE40EX3 NetStream config

Hi

I have problems with configuring NetStream on above device. When configured with your recommendation no traffic is streamed from device to NetFlow Analyzer.

I have to turn on sampling and Aggregation then it starts working but it does not catch all data as far as I see.
I need NetFlow Analyzer to get data when e.g. police will required it because of some cyber crime so I need all data.

Please help ASAP !!
