Hyperlink to an Asset via CiName
Is it possible to create a hyperlink to an Asset by parsing the Asset/Ci Name in the URL as apposed to the ci ID? So, in my environment the below URL will load a particular Asset that references the 'ciId':
But I would like to achieve the same thing by parsing the ciName instead:
Essentially i want to load ServiceDesk directly to a particular asset by knowing only the Assent/ci Name. Can this be done?
