Intermittent Issue with Remote Control with HTML5 in Chrome
Occasionally while attempting to connect to a remote control session, the connection will close with the error "Web Socket Connection failure. Error: Failed to decompress a compressed WebSocket frame - 1002". It will typically show me the remote machine, but as soon as I move the mouse it will drop with this error. Connecting to the same host using the ActiveX control works fine.
I'm sure it's our security software catching something. I just need to know where to look.
