Introduction of New Rich Text Editor in ServiceDesk Plus !
Dear All,
We are planning to introduce the "New Rich Text Editor" in our product. We have taken up this feature because of the increasing no. of issues related to formatting when you access SDP with different browsers.
New Rich Text Editor has the following features:
1. A new look and feel.
2. You'll experience faster loading of the page.
3. Wide range of fonts and font sizes available.
4. Font face and font size customization is available as per the users need.
5. New button for increase and decrease indentation is available.
6. Enhanced inline attachment for the image.
7. Inline image can be customized even after saving it.
8. Enhanced method to create hyperlinks for the selected text.
9. New button to remove hyperlink.
10. New button for the insertion of table in the editor.
11. New button to Insert Quote.
12. New button for Removing Formatting.
We are also planning to bring in few other features below on the Editor based on your feedback.
1. Smileys
2. Strikethrough
3. SuperScript
4. SubScript
The final release of this new Editor is planned after the 9.0 release and we request you to try the beta release from the below link and provide us your valuable feedback.
