Inventory Scan - Not detecting installed software properly

Hello,

I have noticed on multiple machines within my network that the scanning results for installed software is incomplete. Rescanning has no affect and it continues to display the same items. Many of which say that only 3 or 4 pieces of software are installed.

Reinstalling the agent has not helped either.

The total number of affected machines is unknown but I know at least 10 that have this issue.

Any thoughts as to why the scans are only pulling partial information?

I am currently using build 91025.
