IPAM plugin FAILED Trying to start PostgresSQL

IPAM plugin FAILED Trying to start PostgresSQL

System: RedHat EL 6.4 x86_64
OpManager for 64bit build no. 11100 running OK
IPAM_SPM plugin installed OK under OpManager directory
 
The Issue.
When i start manually ipam plugin with startOpUtils.sh i got this error: "Trying to Start PostgresSQL server Failed"

I attach the file serverout0.txt

Please, let's me know some about it
