I'm afraid it is not possible to remove CC field from the Reply page in ServiceDesk Plus.

Hi Paul,

Is it that you dont want anyone else (additional email) to be included as part of reply.  Wish to understand the reason for this.  Also if the initial request contains someone included in the cc list, how will you look to handle that case.

Hi Uma,

Yes, I don't need the reply to a customer/user to include the servicedesk+ email account.  Just the original email address the customer emailed the request initially.
