Is there a command line interface for PMP ?

I have searched forums and came across a posting from 2007 saying an API is being added shortly, but give it to my poor google'ing skills, I can not find any further mentions of this API. As a matter of fact I am not too keen on API usage.

I just want to go to the command prompt or powershell prompt on my server and type a series of commands to perform some repetitive action, instead of pointing and clicking which is the way windows claims that you should do everything. Well, I am old school and coming from a UNIX engineering background and GUIs are not my thing. Especially if I am going to something thousands of times in a very short time.

So, the dilemma I have is, we have pulled some 20K active directory users by an unfortunate accident and out 500 or so count user base exploded to unmanageable levels. Now I need to delete those users with no logins and no password sharing to their accounts, but doing so one-by-one from GUI makes me want to kill myself after doing few of them.

Is there a way to delete a PMP user from any sort of command line ? cmd, powershell, cygwin or any others ?
