I am having a strange issue on uploading configuration to device cisco switch 2960s.

On some devices, I can upload configuration normally. But on some other devices with the same series+same model+same IOS+same IP subnet+same existing config (no access-list blocking), it says " upload of configuration to this device is not supported"

Can anyone help me with this problem?
