Issue in Probe to central sync

Issue in Probe to central sync

Hi Team/Experts,


we are still using 10400 version of  IT360 and planning to migrate the IT360 by end of June.

currently we are facing issue in sync, probes are giving live data but not in sync with central server.


Could you please suggest to troubleshoot this issue.
