i tried to configure the IT Advanced analytics tool on premise but it shows the below error

SDP version is:     9.2  Build  9230

Advanced Analytics version :  Version: 3.0.0  Build Number: 3010

FAILURE :Could not update the configuration settings as an exception while saving the Advanced Analytics Configuration Details. Please report the problem to the system administrator. Support file will have the error trace to analyze the problem and which can be created at Support -> Create Support File.
