Java is consuming almost all of the CPU and large amounts of ram

Java is consuming almost all of the CPU and large amounts of ram

I am using version    8.0.0  Build Number  8015 and it has recently started consuming the cPU and Ram slowing the server to a crawl. Also tried updating to 8100 but it fails right away and the error log is blank.
