Kiosk Mode

Need more info
in Mobile Device Manager Plus  •  Uncategorised  •  13 Oct 2016
When i run kiosk Mode on the samsung galaxy tab e and charge it the screen gets black and if i unplug it everything works fine again.
What can i do solve this problem?

We checked in our test devices which worked without any issues.Kindly share the below information to “mdm-support@manageengine.com” for further analyses.
  • No of devices in which you have this Issue.
  • Server and the Device logs -( Refer the link to share the logs)
  • Kindly Exit the KIOSK and try to connect the charger and check if you still face the issue.
