I've noticed that when i set the language on the page 'Admin, Personalize' to english, the page for the users is also in english, and when i change for Admin, it is changed for the users also?

I would like to have the admin page in english, because the manual is also in english, but i would like to offer the users a page in their native language.

Is that possible?
