Login directly from PMP

I have had contact with support, but they did not respond to my last issue.
Right now, in our organization, we use a different password manager.
We would like to migrate to Password Manager Pro, but there´s 1 issue we are unable to resolve.
With our current password manager, users are able to open the password manager, and within 3 clicks they can auto-logon to pretty much any website they need.
the first click is search for a website/account
the second click is open that website/account
then they can click the link which opens the default browser and performs auto-logon.
In PMP, they first have to search for a resource, open it, then open a http(s)-connection.
Now the website opens and they have to use the bookmarklet to login.
For this project, I have been specifically ask to implement Password Manager Pro, but not introduce extra steps for our users.
In another instance that's used at our company, logon helpers work flawless. Too bad we could not reproduce it with our environment. even the administrators from that other instance could not.
I tried to get auto-logon helpers to work. We couldn't.
I contacted support, they recommended the bookmarklet - which I don't want. They introduce extra steps, which I may not do. It also breaks every now and then, and it needs to be re-added before it works again. I had to do that 3 or 4 times per day during my tests.
Then Support recommended me a new browser add-in(Chrome is available, firefox not yet, and IE is being developed right now). I can connect it to our instance of PMP, but I can't login with a user, because my username or password would be wrong.
Even if I type them out in notepad, I can use them to login to PMP, but not the browser plugin(again, wrong username/password).
Does anyone still have advice on how to resolve this???
