This release is important as it encompasses two major features in a single release.

1. Mailbox permission analysis and reporting that ensures secure mailboxes in your Active Directory / Exchange Server and
2. Exchange Server Reporting automation that bestows improved operational efficiencies for Exchange environments.

Mailbox permission analysis and reporting:

Administrators can analyze mailbox permissions for Exchange Server 2003, 2007 and 2010 mailboxes with Mailbox Permission Reports. Detailed reports for

• Mailbox Permissions based on Mailboxes and
• Mailbox Permissions based on Users

is possible, this facilitates granular mailbox permission analysis.

Exchange Server Reporting Automation:

Exchange Server Reporting Automation is facilitated through Scheduling of Reports. Schedule any report in Exchange Reporter Plus and configure them to be stored at a user defined location or emailed to one or more users.

• All Reports in Exchange Reporter Plus can be scheduled and automated.
• Periodic Report Scheduling frequencies can be varied between Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Only once. 
• Schedule Reports storage and emailing supported for the following formats - PDF, CSV and XLS.
• Reports can be scheduled and emailed to multiple users as a zip file or as a link.  (Based on the choice of users).
