Make Task Title match the Request Subject

I wanted to see if the following is possible.

Outside of actual service desk functions, my organization is also leveraging the features of this software to track other items.
I'd like to find a way for the tasks automated via the workflows and field and form rules to have the Task Title changed to match the Subject of the Request.

For my use case, I am always the requester. I will enter a request that will often need the attention of several managers.
We have 3 different Request categories, and the Task templates follow the same. A "Process Change" Request has Tasks that are called "Process Change"; "Contact Matrix Update" Requests have "Contact Matrix Update" Tasks, etc.

I have tasks set up in the workflow which will assign tasks to each applicable manager, based on a MultiSelect field in the Request. The workflow tasks are named to identify which manager has received an assignment, e.g. "Process Change - Homer Simpson", so...

If the "Process Change" Requests "Applicable Managers" field has "Homer Simpson" and "Ned Flanders", then these two tasks will be assigned upon submit: "Process Change - Homer Simpson" and "Process Change - Ned Flanders" - This functionality works great!

The problem, is that when the managers view "My Tasks", all of their requests look the same, e.g. if Homer Simpson was assigned 3 Process Change tasks, his "My Tasks" view will only display "Process Change - Homer Simpson" 3 times - there's nothing to let Homer know, without having to click the tasks, which "Process Change" request the task corresponds with. I'd like for my managers to have a bit more information from their dashboard, or from their Task list, what each Task corresponds with.

So, here's an example, using "Process Change" Request type

I have a request with the subject "Acme now requires a monthly error log"
This client applies to 3 out of my 10 managers, Homer Simpson, Ned Flanders, and Moe Szyslak.
I would like the tasks that will automatically be assigned to each of the 3 managers to be titled "Acme now requires a monthly error log", as opposed to "Process Change - Homer Simpson", etc

Is there a way that On Form Submit, the task name can be changed?

Possible set the task on field change, and Change the name of the task on Form Submit via some sort of script?
