I have just installed the eval for Exchange Reporter and in the process of setting things up I find that I require a mailbox which is in the global address list and is a view only administrator or Exchange administrator.

Can you please tel me why this is required, surely a view only administrator without a mailbox or global directory presence would be perfectly adequate.
