MDM Profile failed to install

MDM Profile failed to install

I am trying to enroll an iPhone 4S with iOS 8.1.2 with Desktop Central 9 MDM. When I try to install the MDM profile, I get this error:

"Profile Installation Failed - Profile Failed to Install"

I am currently using Desktop Central 9 Server Build 9.0.1.03 with Service Pack 1.
