Missing patch 21645

There was a patch with the ID 21645 (October 2016 Monthly Rollup, KB3185330), which I was applying to my Windows 7 PCs. Now it is not showing up to be installed on any of them. It's not even showing up at all when I look in the list of patches. What gives? I would like to deploy this to my PCs.

Does this have something to do with the changes you made in the new version of Desktop Central? I am on build 92051 at the moment.

I am not trying to deploy these updates automatically mind you, I am just trying to manually install missing patches to certain individual systems or groups of systems. This patch was recently available to me, and for some reason now is gone.
