missing software
Hello,
I ran a report to find out which machines had the agent installed. While using the information, I realized at least one machine was missing from the report.
The report is just a custom report:
Software Name equal "ManageEngine Desktop Central 9 - Agent"
columns - Computer Name, Logon User, Model
I checked the computer, and it does not list the agent under the software tab. On the actual computer, the agent is installed, and it does list it in both SoM as being installed, and it is listed in the "add remove programs" gui.
The computer behaves normally otherwise.
Any thoughts about how the information could be wrong?
