Monitor stayed green after Oracle going down
Hello all,
We are using Application Manager 11 to monitor our databases including Oracle and SQL Server (around 60 databases). Yesterday one of the Oracle databases went down and our monitor kept showing the green status for availability. When we clicked on that specific database a error message is shown:
"Unable to connect to Oracle Server. Replace the \working\classes\classes12.zip file from Applications Manager Home with \jdbc\lib\classes12.zip file present in Oracle Installation Home. Then restart the Applications Manager server and try to create oracle monitor again.
Error Message:
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available"
