Monitoring WebSphere Application with APM Insight and Java Runtime

I have an application running in WebSphere V8 that I would like to monitor. Would it be advisable to set up both an APM Insight and Java Runtime monitor? Or would having these two monitors running simultaneously cause too much overhead?
