We have  password manager pro currently running on a server that we are going to be shutting down.  I restored a backup of the server to a new VM and the server is up and running.  In the process of the move the original Password Manager server was still up and running so people could still use it.  Now that I have restored to the new server I want to move over the changes that were made yesterday.  I am having 2 issue

1. I keep getting Access denied when I try to start the password manager server on the new server.

2. What do I need to move from the old server to the new server to make sure all the changes yesterday and moved.
