Is it possible to migrate data from an existing Applications Manager installation using Mysql to use an MS SQL Server backend instead? (backup and restore or something similar?)

Alternatively, even if some of the historical data was lost, is it possible to export all monitors and config to a csv, and reimport after switching to a SQL backend?
