Need to Stop and Restart ManageEngine EventLog Analyzer Service - Windows 10

Recently I've had to stop and restart the "running" service for EA in order to get it to work in some situations (e.g. send reports by email and to list the Hosts).


What's a good fix or workaround?

The manual process is a bit of a pain and not getting reports is a real problem.
