netflow analyser issue

Hi,

I have installed netflow analyser 7.0 Professional. I have configured netflow v9 on my 2911 and 3911 routers, but i am receiving error :"V9 flows of unknown template are received from " and i am not able to see traffic flows from these devices in netflow analyser.

I have done the following configuration :

interface GigabitEthernet0/2

ip flow ingress

ip flow egress

ip flow-cache timeout active 1

ip flow-export source GigabitEthernet0/2

ip flow-export version 9 origin-as

ip flow-export template options export-stats

ip flow-export template options timeout-rate 120

ip flow-export template options refresh-rate 25

ip flow-export template timeout-rate 90

ip flow-export template refresh-rate 15
