Netflow Analyzer 11001, Collector stops

Netflow Analyzer 11001, Collector stops

Hi,
 
we have just install the version 11001. It can be run for a few hours, but then collector stops at 12:30. Then we resume the service and it stopped again in around 12hours later.
 
here is the log we found:
[23:23:38:916]|[04-23-2016]|[org.apache.catalina.core.StandardService]|[INFO]|[156]: Stopping service Catalina|
[23:23:51:010]|[04-23-2016]|[org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11Protocol]|[INFO]|[156]: Stopping Coyote HTTP/1.1 on http-8080|
anyone can figure it out the reason behind?
 
Also is there any way we can monitor the netflow analzer services? as we can only know it stops if someone report on the failure. We want to see if any way we can know eariler than customer report.
