I just installed NetFlow Analyzer Free Edition a few days ago.  I notice that the charts show the data ONLY for last 24-hrs, even if I select longer time period, like last 7-days, 30-days or Custom.  I am on build 12200 and was told to apply the latest fixes and I did.  Issue still remains that I cannot see data older than 24-hours.  Any help will be appreciated.

Well I just had a unhelpful support meeting that did not resolve the problem either.

Even though in all documentation they say that the free edition is not limited in this fashion, the support desk said that the essentials version would have to be loaded and tested to see if that solves the problem.

So I believe there are other limits in the free version they are not mentioning.

Good to know that I am not the only one facing this issue and Sad that there are undocumented limitations in the Free Edition.
Hopefully, we will get an official answer soon.

Well seems like the 30 day trial is correctly reporting more than 24 hours thus far.  Hope it stays working through the entire 30 day trial.

You mentioned 30-day trial?  Did you have to uninstall the Free Edition and reinstall the product as 30-day Trial ?

Congratulations, Rick.  Mine still doesnt show.  How did you get it working?  Can you please share?

I had to do a complete uninstall and then a install of the 64 bit essential version.  Of course this means I have no data before my reinstall.  So I am just over 40 hours now and it is still working.

I still have my fingers crossed.

Rick, I was officially informed by support that Free Edition cannot show data beyond last 24-hours.

Yep the 30 day trial expired and now it is back to just showing 24 hours.

Their documentation is hugely inaccurate:

What is the difference between the Free Edition and Essential Edition?

The Free Edition of NetFlow Analyzer can report on NetFlow data from a maximum of 2 routing interfaces, whereas the Essential Edition can report on NetFlow data from a maximum of n interfaces (where n is the number of interfaces you have purchased). There is no other difference between the two editions with respect to features or functionality.
