Netflow Last Hour Time View

Hi,

We have Netflow into the Opmanager, when we try to display trafic from the last hour, the time displayed is wrong. How can I change this?

Thank you for reply. Yes we have released the latest version 12200, please follow the below steps to upgrade NetFlow Analyzer to the latest version:

Instructions to apply the Upgrade Pack

  • Shutdown the OpManager Server.
  • IMPORTANT: Take a copy of the entire <OpManager> installation directory and save it somewhere before applying the upgrade pack. In addition, if you are using MS SQL server as the backend database, take backup of OpManager database (DB name 'OpManagerDB').
  • Navigate to <OpManager_HOME>/bin directory and execute UpdateManager.bat or sh UpdateManager.sh -c (Linux).
  • Click Browse and select the .ppm file that you have downloaded from the above link.
  • Click Install to install the upgrade pack. Wait until the upgrade pack is fully installed. [Normally, it takes a few minutes for PPM installation].
  • Click Close and then click Exit to exit the Update Manager tool.
  • Start the OpManager server / service.
