Netflow Plugin installation issues

Netflow Plugin installation issues

Hello,

We are running OPManager 9450 and i try to install Netflow analyzer plugin 9800...but it doesn't work !
For information, my OPManager is on SSL.

To install Netflow plugin;
1 - I stopped OPManager service
2 - I have installed Netflow plugin on the server
3 - I started OPManager service

When i connected on OPmanager i could see a message saying that "NetFlow Plug-In has not started because NetFlow Plug-In is not changed to secure mode"

So i have enabled SSL for Netflow Plugin as mentionned on user guide page 15:
1. Ensure that SSL has already been enabled in OpManager.
2. Stop the OpManager Service.
3. Download and unzip the NetFlow_ssl.zip under \opmanager folder.
4. Run the ssl_gen.bat present under \opmanager\NetFlow\bin.
5. This will create NetFlow.truststore and server.keystore under
\opmanager\NetFlow\server\default\conf\ssl folder.
6. Start the OpManager service.

The problem we are facing now is that, when i try to access Netflow Plugin (Network -> Netflow) i have an error message "can't connect on IP@:8080"

When i go to Admin -> Add-On/Products Integration -> Netflow settings everything look ok ; server name, ports, protocole, edition, Authentication.... But when i click on "test connection and save" i have also an error message saying that "Unable to establish connection to Netflow Server" !

Could you help me ?
