Netflow Pro 9.1 Service will not automatically start

Netflow Pro 9.1 Service will not automatically start

Our installation of Netflow Pro 9.1 won't start automatically after a server reload.
We have to go into task manager, kill the 'mysql-nt.exe' process, then go into 'Services' and manually start the application.
 
Any idea what's going on here?
