Hi,

I'm interested in this new functionality, but we have technicians who work for us part-time.

Is it possible to schedule their non-working hours so that the auto-assign doesn't allocate requests to them during those time periods?
For the one particular technician I'm thinking about, I wouldn't want them to receive requests:
Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri - 14:15 - 17:00
Tues - all day
