New behavior issue with Remote Control when switching between View Only using the HTML5 viewer
When remoting into a computer with user confirmations disabled, Remote Control immediately grants access to the machine. This is fine, however, if the operator switches to View Only and then switches back, this message will sometimes appear:
This prompt is new as of one or two service pack releases. The largest problem is that there is no prompt shown on the client's end, and the session must be recreated to gain control. Sometimes on the second reconnect, this error will show:
