NFA hangs when click Conversation for interfaces with a lot of traffic
We are running a setup of Netflow Analyzer on:
RHEL6.3 64 bits
HP BL490c G7
14 GB Ram
SAN Storage using HP EVA P6300
Latest NEtflow Analyzer Professional 9700 release
We are stuck in a problem related to a hang of the application when you click an interface with a lot of traffic, the request is very slow and finish with no data, we dont't have this on low traffic interfaces. We tried to reduce the row counts etc but without any results. Do you have any fix for this, in the past we had this problem in an old netflow version and Support Team emailed us a patch to fix this, we are going to appreciate any help with the current version.
