Tryning to create a HTTP monitor for a formbased login site, but not able to login

When trying the Recorder application - it is not able to view the login page.

Can you help me? How can I configure the monitor?

The page uses formbased login into Wildfly with j_unsername & j_password paramaters. I have tried with the NTLM/basic auth username & password but it's not passing the login page,
