Notification Feature for technician simultaneously looking at a Request disappeared

I made an upgrade from 9228 to 9307.
Before there was a useful feature. When I was looking at a request, which was already opened by another technician there was a notification / pop-up which told, who is looking at the same request at this time.
Is there an option where I can enable this feature again?
